Common questions

Who is responsible for international freight and inbound freight?

ShipWay does not currently offer international freight options as a service. However, we are more than willing to work with you, free of charge, to find the right international freight company who could help you and stay within your budget.

What does the standard pricing cover?

  • Storage

  • Receiving

  • B2C order fulfilment

How does ShipWay package?

ShipWay provides standard, non-branded packaging materials (boxes, bubble mailers, poly mailers, poster tubes, and book folds) free of charge for your orders. While you can provide ShipWay with customer packaging materials, or send you products to us ship ready in ships in own container (SIOC) packaging. We also offer custom package design for a very competative rate.

Compared to Amazon fulfilment

ShipWay work very hard to provide competative pricing for small businesses and individuals who are selling products in the american market. We understand that Amazon's pricing structure, and price our services to help those stuck with Amazon and find an alternative solution that is more tailored to their size and needs.

Sheduling a dock appointment

ShipWay offer open dock services, allowing our customers to have pallets and packages dropped off nearly anytime of day or night as long as there is 24 hour notice. We understand that inbound shipments can be chaotic to schedule with many logistic carriers often arriving late or off schedule. We will make it work for you.

What is product serialization?

Serial numbers are important for tracking specific units and which customers they end up with. ShipWay offer a feature for product serialization to track serial numbers, but it is an additive service.
